Follow my food journal of everything I consume on a daily basis during my journey to EAT HEALTHY. I am 32/f, digital producer, married, and living in NYC. I love food. I love drinking. I love cooking. But, I don't love the pounds! TRYING to eat as healthy and clean as possible - all with "reasonable" portion sizes.
